Material that is returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, and at Cemcolift's discretion, will either be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of in the proper manner. You must contact our Customer Service Department via telephone, email, fax, or in written correspondence to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number. Requests for a Return Goods Authorization Number must occur with in 90 days of the date the material was shipped for non-warranty returns. Warranty returns are subject to Cemcolift's Terms and Conditions and Warranty Policy. Please contact our office to receive a faxed copy of the Terms and Conditions and Warranty policy. Return Goods Authorization Number is only good for 10 days from the date of issue. If Cemcolift does not receive the returned product within those 10 days, the Return Goods Authorization will be considered null and void. A new authorization will need to be obtained from Customer Service. A copy of this Request for Return Authorization must accompany the returned item. If Cemcolift does not receive a copy of this Request for Return Authorization with the returned item, the Return Goods Authorization is null and void. A new authorization will need to be obtained from Customer Service. As stated above, the Return Goods Number must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned goods package or the shipment will not be accepted and may, at Cemcolift's discretion, be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of in the proper manner.
Returned Goods must be shipped as directed by Cemcolift and will vary depending on the materials being returned to Cemcolift. Should the return material be found not to have a manufacturing defect, Cemcolift will charge the customer a restocking fee, which will be due in full immediately. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for the freight charges on the return and any materials that were shipped out as a warranty replacement.
