| The
patented head design of our jacks means a longer seal life, less
leakage, minimized crushing pressures, and reduced friction. They also
feature easier servicing and a cleaner, safer operation. Another
distinctive design feature of the CM jack is that the hydraulic fluid
threaded inlet is welded to the cylinder at a specific tangent to the
outer pipe circumferences, creating less turbulence during pumping,
and accordingly, minimal piston misalignment. The cylinder base
contains a safety bulkhead welded in place with an orifice, and the
bottom is closed with a forged cap welded to the cylinder end. The
exteriors of the cylinders are cleaned and painted. |
