Accountant, General Ledger
Job Summary:
The accountant's responsibilities will include the following: create and input Journal Entries, preparing General
Ledger Account Reconciliations, processing weekly shipping and backlog reports, responsible for all aspects of Inter-
company transactions, assist in the month-end close procedures, process support on cash applications, preparation of
schedules required for interim and year end audit, review accounting and operational processes for areas of
improvement, ad hoc projects.
- 2-3 years accounting experience within a manufacturing plant
- Strong Accounting background desirable
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of computerized accounting and analysis systems
- Experience with MRP-ERP systems and understanding of the integration points
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards systems
Residential Sales Administrator
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will, under limited supervision and own initiative, be able to perform standard
and advanced administrative and clerical duties such as typing, filing, working with PC programs, scheduling and
other office administrative duties. Strong to exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills are required. This
individual's responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following: some telemarketing, support
– sales, inside sales coordination, electronic document typing and data entry, hard copy file maintenance and
processing, recording and reproduction of drawings, booking & order entry processing and administrative support
for Management & Sales team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some technical/trades training helpful or Associates Degree
or 3 years in sales / customer service experience or Associates Degree in related field.
- Intermediate user of productivity software such as MS Word, MS Excel, & MS Power Point.
Drafter
Job Summary:
Design of commercial elevators, interface with suppliers and customers of elevator
systems and components, support for product continuation and industrial/manufacturing
engineering, facilitation of continuous improvement initiatives and related metrics,
engineering support for manufacturing/quality problem resolution, resolution for customer complaints and
resolution for supplier problems
- High School or equivalent
- Ability to create drawings and administer for recall and/or modification
- Knowledge of, ability to apply elevator codes (ANSI) plus city, state and local building codes
- Ability to work to high levels of accuracy while working to strict deadlines
- Ability to identify, communicate and resolve issues
- Strong computer skills required with working knowledge of AutoCAD 2000 plus MS Word and Excel
- Certification completion of AutoCAD training

Engineer
Job Summary:
Engineers will be responsible for solving daily process, product, and material problems for one of several manufacturing cells, and will be involved in analyzing, proposing, and implementing process improvements that will have a positive effect on the operating performance of the manufacturing cell and on the bottom line of the business unit.
- 2-4 years industrial engineering experience within a manufacturing plant preferred
- BSIE or BSME degree with 4+ years experience within a manufacturing plant or MA/MS with 2+ years experience

Welders
Job Summary:
Review work orders, retrieve necessary materials, inspect component materials for compliance. Cut and machine, clean, prep, and weld materials, inspect finished product, transport to next station, and complete required paperwork. Assist with unloading of pipe and loading of finished jobs as required. Must be able to work from drawings or other instructions with minimum of supervision. Must be knowledgeable in metal shapes and sizes.
- High school diploma or equivalent and ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
- Requires CWB welder certification
- Must be able to use a range of tools, including: tape measures, micrometer, calipers, bore gages, dial indicator gages, band saws, hydraulic presses, horizontal bores, mig welders, arc welders, Oxy/Acetylene torches, grinders, forklifts, overhead cranes, and gib cranes
1st and 2nd shift positions available
Machinist
Job Summary:
Set up, instruct and guide machinist and helpers for low run production-machining projects. Work with the
maintenance department-making shafts, weldments and all other machining needs they require. Setup, instruct, trouble
shoot/repair and guide general shop helper in presswork. Trouble shoot all machining processes in other areas of the
company-boring mills, saws, etc.
- Should have complete set of machinist tools
- Knowledge of welding applications very helpful
- Verbal instruction skills neccessary for prototype projects
- Be able to either design and make tools or read blue prints to make jigs, fixtures and dies for production
department
General Shop Laborer/Machine Operator/Material Handler 2nd Shift (3:30pm to 12:00am)
Job Summary:
Individual selected for this position would spray paint, assemble residential carframes and various other assemblies.
Fabrication of crates and packaging of materials for shipment. Uses basic hand tools, air tools, drills, saws, nail
guns, spray equipment, hoists, and forklift.
